What Im Drinking: Christian Moreau 2008 Chablis...
Crisp, clean nose showing mineral notes. Palate bursts with lemon and grapefruit notes, with great acidity. Awesome on it’s own, we paired it with mussels and clams steamed in white wine and garlic. Posted via email from mmwine’s posterous | Comment »

What Im Drinking: @TrefethenFamily Cabernet Franc...
Trefethen Family Vineyards 2007 Cabernet Franc. Subtle berries with vegetables and earthy notes. Great secondary notes of leather with light baking spices. A dry finish and almost a little tart, from the acidity. With great acidity for food, it was a perfect pairing for Rack of Lamb. Posted via email from mmwine’s posterous | Comment »

What I'm drinking: Ruffino Lumina 2010 Pinot...
Delightful nose of Rome apples with buttery notes too. Light palate and the nose translates well. Baked apple with apple butter slathered on. A little tart/acidic giving citrus notes. -Matt is mobile Posted via email from mmwine’s posterous | Comment »
