Made from 100% Chardonnay, this is the first Beaujolias Blanc I’ve had. It reminds me very much of a cross between a Chablis and a Pouilly-Fuisse. It has the gentle fruit notes up front of pears and yellow apples, but the minerality and acidity of a good Chablis. The price is only $15, and I think it’s a great quality for the price.
